OLITH
A lamp revealed through fracture. Green marble, salvaged from a sacral building. Where coincidence meets control.
OLITH is a lamp inspired by Brutalist thinking about material and structure. A slab of marble is shattered. Chance defines the fracture and reveals the form hidden inside the stone. From that moment, control returns.
The fragments are reassembled and held together by geometry. The process follows a simple question: what does the material want to become?
At the center sits an orb of light, embedded within the broken stone. Illumination revealed through rupture.
Material: reclaimed green marble (Freising) + recycled glass lamp (Berlin Prenzlauer Berg)
