Right of Withdrawal

In case of discrepancies between the English and the German version, the German version below prevails.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for several goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you take possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Münzing GbR, Neumagener Str. 24, 13088 Berlin, Germany, phone +49 1512 3798707, email objects@formfollowsmeaning.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
